You will probably have already asked yourself what happens to the information which you provide via the web site. You will have asked yourself where it goes, who stores it and what it is used for etc. At WM of Switzerland, we want to protect your privacy. For this reason, we will spend some time explaining what we do, how and why.
Which information do we collect and how do we obtain it?
We only obtain information directly from you when you sign in or when you place an order. To complete your order, we need your first name, last name, address, telephone number and e-mail address, as well as the details of your credit card.
What do we do with your details?
Above all we use them to complete your order and personalise your entry page to the WM of Switzerland Website. Occasionally we use the details to establish visiting habits and improve the presentation and content of our electronic pages. In addition we use them to keep you informed of new items and special offers directed exclusively at WM of Switzerland customers.
Which official obligations must WM of Switzerland fulfil in terms of the protection of your personal data?
In accordance with data protection current legislation, the data and information which you provide us with will be included in the database of WM of Switzerland with the aim of supplying you with the order generated and to enable us to offer you other products and services in the future which may be of interest to you. You are entitled to know, cancel or change your personal details contained in our file. Likewise, in future and if you do not tell us otherwise, we will be able to communicate your details to other mail order companies so that you can receive new offers of products or services. What security do you have when you send us personal data or your credit card details?

In this way your data, especially your credit card data, are protected against any fraudulent use. In addition, at WM of Switzerland, we will not ask you for information which might be considered superfluous or excessive, we will keep your information up to date and all the information which you wish to be deleted or amended will be deleted and/or amended without further formalities.
How does WM of Switzerland protect this information?
At WM of Switzerland, we have very demanding criteria with regard to the security of web transactions and personal data transfer. Our security systems are good but occasionally we may ask you to prove your identity before returning information to you which you may have entrusted to us in the past.
