Delivery
If you are a resident of the EEC, delivery is within 72 hours.
If you reside outside the EEC delivery usually will take effect in within 7 days. This is our aim with all orders.
Occasionally an order may take longer to be delivered but in this case we would inform you immediately. Please remember to give us your email address so that we can contact you.
WM of Switzerland and UPS are offering now the possibility to trace the delivery progress of your order via internet. A process that you may access 24 hours a day and 7 days a week. (To use this service it is imperative that you have registered at the WM of Switzerland web).
As soon as your order has been processed, you will receive an email with the “Tracking Number” of our shipment to you and a link to be able to access UPS tracking services.
Please note that if the country of destination of your order is outside the EEC, you will be responsible for all custom clearance and formalities. The local UPS office will contact you in order to arrange – if you wish – clearance of your purchase.
