The aims of WM of Switzerland
WM of Switzerland has been present in the history of Swiss and world watch making history. In the past 15 years, WM of Switzerland has strived to earn a reputation for recreating legendary and precious timepieces. WM of Switzerland believes that there is much in the history of watch making that is worth resurrecting and making available to everyone wishing to own a piece of watch making history, but priced to wear everyday.
This is how we discovered that in October 1923, John Harwood, an English watchmaker, developed a watch with an automatic winding mechanism that eliminated the need to manually wind a watch to keep it going. He registered his invention, the world's first automatic wristwatch, and exhibited it at the Basle Trade Fair.
Inspired by that brilliant original, WM of Switzerland has painstakingly recreated the design of that very first automatic watch. The result is the impressively handsome watch the WM Vintage Automatic.
Another example is the Kelly Watch. Twenty-three years ago, a Swiss watch manufacturer approached Her Serene Highness Princess Grace of Monaco – better known to the world as Grace Kelly – with an offer to design and produce a beautiful platinum watch just for her. Tragically, on September 13 1982, Grace Kelly had a terrible car accident and died the next day. The watch was totally forgotten.
Twenty-three years later, inspired by that watch, WM of Switzerland has recreated the elegance and design of that original watch that we believe would have become legendary. The result is the beautiful Kelly Platinum.

How is it possible for the WM of Switzerland watches to cost so little?
A little over a year ago, we decided to develop an automatic watch equal in performance to a watch costing 3,000 Euros plus, but which we could sell direct to our customers for under 300 Euros. Initially, the idea seemed unachievable. How was it going to be possible to manufacture a high quality watch at such a ridiculously low price? In the end, the solution was far simpler than we could have imagined.
We initiated a search of components and manufacturing processes in close cooperation with world-wide suppliers, and disregarded the long-time established costly traditional manufacturing processes. In the end, we are today capable of manufacturing the same high-quality watch with a saving of 60% on the production costs.
Also in trading directly with the final consumer, without intermediaries or retail outlets, we save a lot of marketing money.
We pass all these savings on to our clients and offer our creations at unbeatable prices.

Delivery
If you are a resident of the EEC, delivery is within 72 hours.
If you reside outside the EEC delivery will usually be made within 7 days. This is our target with all orders. Occasionally an order may take longer to be delivered, but in this case we would inform you immediately. Please remember to give us your email address so that we can contact you.

Quality Guarantee
In the unlikely event that you find any fault with your new watch, please inform us within 7 days from receipt of your order, by email to info@wmswitzerland.com and we will rectify the problem immediately. All WM of Switzerland watches are guaranteed against any fault or malfunction for two years from the date of purchase.

Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase or you think that one of the watches purchased does not give you the satisfaction and enjoyment you expected, simply return it to us and we will reimburse you for the full cost of your purchase immediately.

It is important however that you comply with the following guidelines:

• Use this guarantee within the 15 days following receipt of your order. After this period, we regret that we cannot accept returns.
• All returns must be received in the same good condition in which they were received, including packaging and the inclusion of all warranty and instruction cards. Otherwise, we regret that we will not be able to reimburse you for the cost of your purchase.
• Do not return your order “carriage forward” as we are unable to guarantee its receipt at our warehouse. Please pay all postal and other carriage charges of the returned item or we will be unable to guarantee its receipt at our warehouse.
• Please ensure to keep proof of dispatch from the Post Office or Transport Company.
• In addition, we ask you to always attach a note indicating the reason for returning your purchase.
